What's Inside This 7-Part Journey?

I present the foundations of somatic yoga through live recorded practices, delivered directly to your inbox.

The Course Will Be Released in Phases and Not All At Once—Why?

I'm very excited to share how somatics and yoga have helped me, but somatic healing is gentle, layered work that takes time. With sessions ranging from 15 to 60 minutes, moving too quickly can overwhelm both the body and the nervous system. By releasing one part at a time, you’ll have space to integrate each practice without pressure, reflect on what you're experiencing, and build a foundation of awareness and trust slowly.

This isn’t just about learning—it’s about relearning how to feel safe, grounded, and at home in yourself.

So, I'm spreading out these gentle, encouraging practices over a 5-week period. I hope this timeline allows you to proceed at your own pace and truly experience the benefits for your mind and body. ⏳


This is how you'll receive each session and what each topic covers:

🌿 Week One - You'll Receive Shorter Sessions Every Other Day Over 7 Days


🌸 Day One | Introduction: I break down the differences between somatic yoga and other types of yoga, and why somatic yoga is helpful for emotional balance.

🪷 Day Three | Observing and Centering: We embark on a loving self-inquiry practice that builds body awareness.

🌀 Day Five | Organic Shapes: This practice focuses on moving in organic, fluid ways, rather than adhering to specific yoga poses.

🌱 Day Seven | Three-Part Breath: We cover a beginner's practice to start befriending the breath.


🌿 Week Two - We Pause and Allow You to Digest and Rest

🛌 Here, I encourage you to celebrate completing the first half of the workshop, amp up your self-care, and reflect on what you've learned about somatic yoga so far.


You'll receive the last sessions over a weekly period, rather than daily or every other day, due to their length:

🌀 Somatic Exercises: I show you how to incorporate valuable tools into a yoga practice that help soothe the nervous system.
