I'm very excited to share how somatics and yoga have helped me, but somatic healing is gentle, layered work that takes time. With sessions ranging from 15 to 60 minutes, moving too quickly can overwhelm both the body and the nervous system. By releasing one part at a time, you’ll have space to integrate each practice without pressure, reflect on what you're experiencing, and build a foundation of awareness and trust slowly.
